Our flight lands at 11pm, would we still be able to check in?

For the check-in there is no problem, we have a procedure for the self check-in, so you can enter alone with codes, just because at this time our reception is closed :)

For the deluxe room with a single and a double bed, is the en-suite shower with a door for privacy from the bedroom area or within the room itself.

There are two Deluxe Room with a single and a double bed. Pink Deluxe Room have a shower a view from bedroom area; Blue Deluxe Room have a shower inside the bathroom .

Is there parking for a car

We are in a limited traddic area, so it is not possible to enter, except on Saturday morning from 6am to 2pm, and from 6pm of Saturday until 11pm of Sunday. So we recommend to park the car on the street in Lungotevere Marzio, you pay 4€ for 8hours

i see that there is no elevator. Which floor is the deluxe apartment? (it is available from 30 september until 4 october).

Hello, yes I confirm that there isn't an elevator, the apartment is at the 2 floor :)

What time is the check-in? We arrive around 9:30 am.

Hello the check-in start from 08:00am, but it is not guarantee that the room is ready for this time, because the check out is at 10:30. We can do the check-in and you can leave the luggage here and come back when the room is ready :)

Hi, the apartment rate doesn't includes breakfast, the breakfast is includes just for rooms in the guest house. In the apartment you have a kitchen that you can use. Best regards Martina

Hi, the only room that has the kitchen is the apartment, instead rooms 101, 102 and 103 has only the bathroom ensuite there isn't a kitchen

Fantastic!
Barbara was so welcoming and helped us with recommendations of where to eat and what to see. The location is perfect and all the key tourist spot are within walking distance. The room was big, clean and beds comfy. Will defiitely stay here again when visiting Rome.
Would have loved tea and coffee making facility in the room (with milk or creamer)
